Low Latency - High Performance
In a network, latency (delay) is a measurement of the time it takes for a packet of data to get from one designated point to another. The unit for Latency is measured in milliseconds. So, lower latency on a network means higher speed and performance of applications running over that network.

| SKYNet |

5 - 10ms |
Quoted latency figures are measured by the round trip time taken for a packet of data to travel from a customer to the core of the SKYNet network (and back again).
